I spent 27 years in the corporate world life. I sat in boardrooms, managed large scale projects, managed policies and helped other people build their careers. And I was good at it, great even. But every single day I drove home I knew I was capable of more.
So a year ago, I retired at 55 to do THIS. To Work with something living and beautiful every single day. To put something gorgeous into someone's hands and watch their face completely change.
That's the whole job, that is everything.
I am a certified florist and wedding planner who offers Month of Coordination as well as designing the flowers of your dreams. Every arrangement I create brings me one step closer to my dream of transforming my home-based floral business into a charming storefront where I can inspire, create, and celebrate life's special moments within my community. I service the GTA and Niagara Region for larger events. Niagara holds a very special place in my heart as it is where my life journey began.

Although I began pursuing floristry full-time after retiring last year, I have already had the privilege of designing florals for four weddings, with more designs on the horizon. During this time, I earned my certification from the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPICC) and graduated from the Canadian Institute of Floral Design (CIFD). I was also honoured to serve as a teaching assistant for several CIFD courses, an opportunity that allowed me to further develop my skills while supporting aspiring florists.
